Dimeji Israel
Managing Director
Dimeji Israel attended Yaba College Technology, Yaba Lagos where he obtained HND in Building Technology and later attended Federal University of Technology Akure where he obtained PGD in Project Management. He is a member of Nigerian Institute of Building NIOB and has worked with many companies at different times and capacity.
His wealth of cognate experience in Construction industry spans over twenty years of active participation in Conceptualization, Development and Management of numerous projects he has participated.
He has risen from the position of site engineer to Project Director as he moved from one company to another, among the companies he has worked with are Gabed Nig Limited, one of the major vendors at the famous Gwarinpa Federal Housing Abuja.
At Gabed, he served as a Site Engineer, He later joined Partrick Karlaw Construction limited where he served as a Project Manager and later partnered with BEECON AMA ASSOCIATES an Architectural and Construction firm as a Project Director [Technical ]
During this period of engagements, numerous projects were co-jointly delivered as shown in the attached catalogue
Esuola Toyo
Chief Executive Officer
Esuola Toyo is an Electrical/Electronics graduate from the University of Lagos. He is a Project and Business Manager with over 15 years experience in the Nigerian Construction Industry having been involved with various M & E projects on consulting and contracting basis. His experience ranges across factories, housing complex/estates, offices and hotels.
He started his career as a Manager Trainee at Honeywell Group and got posted to Pivot Engineering Company. Whilst working at Pivot Engineering Co. Ltd, he led the technical team on the design and build of multi-million dollar Honeywell Superfine Foods factory Project in Lagos. He also worked as Project Engineer on other high profile M & E projects such as: the Local Terminal of Murtala Mohammed International Airport, Honeywell Flour Mills, Lagos Business School Ajah and IBTC Housing Complex at Victoria Island.
Later he moved to Shoreline Power Co. and was in charge of the M&E Building Services Division. There he executed the Unilever Termite HV Extension, PHCN connection for MTN Base Station and many other Housing Estate developments both in Lagos and Abuja.
He went on to work at ABB and Schneider Electric as a Sales Consultant and as Senior Sales Engineer respectively. He has been trained in Egypt & Italy on Low Voltage Products and has received certifications in Quality Management System and Effective Project Management from Lagos Business School.

PROJECT accountant
Ayodeji Ajuwon is a Project Accountant with experience in project costing, budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control within the construction industry. He plays a vital role in ensuring effective financial management across projects by monitoring expenditures, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting informed decision-making.
He holds a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Accountancy from The Polytechnic, Ibadan and an Ordinary National Diploma (OND) in Accountancy from Lagos State Polytechnic. He also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Hospital and Health System Management from JSS Academy of Higher Education & Research, India. Ayodeji is a student member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), reflecting his commitment to continuous professional development and excellence in accounting practice.
Ayodeji is dedicated to promoting financial discipline, accountability, and operational efficiency, contributing to the successful delivery of projects and the overall objectives of Bauweise Services Limited.
Adewunmi Adewale Sheriff
SITE ENGINEER
Adewunmi Adewale Sheriff is an accomplished architectural engineer with a degree from Yaba College of Technology. With 14 years of experience in the industry, he has played a pivotal role in various projects, including the construction of a brewery factory for Nigeria Brewery SONA. His architectural design and project management expertise have positioned him as a key contributor to the successful execution of large-scale construction projects.

Ogunfuwa Oluwaseun
ARCHITECT
Ogunfuwa Oluwaseun is a Yaba College of Technology HND holder in Architecture. A highly experienced and creative individual with 16 years of professional experience, he has successfully designed a variety of significant projects, including the Olive Court in Agodi, GRA, Ibadan, Hotel Excel in Warri, Delta, and Luxury Apartments off Adeniyi Jones in Ikeja, among others. His innovative designs and a keen eye for detail have made a remarkable impact in the field, establishing him as a valuable asset in the construction industry.
